Summer flew by and I was able to see many Cate alums. At the start of summer Sophia, Kai, Ashwin, Melanie and I spent a week enjoying the mountains in Mammoth. Ashwin and I then spent the rest of the summer on a 6 week backpacking trip through SE Asia. You can read the blog we kept on the trip at www.ashwindanny.blogspot.com.
As part of a Bain & Company sponsored externship I am working at Cate in the Alumni & Development Office. It is great to be living on the Mesa again. This place is even more beautiful than I remember it. When I first arrived the students started calling me Mr. Seigle, which I couldn't handle. After an assembly announcement they now refer to me as Deigle or Mr. Deigle. I'm looking forward to our class reunion and hope to see everyone there! 100 years, 100%.
